Cheap Straighteners Question??? Please Help!?

I currently own the Conair ceramic 3/4'; straightener that is only worth about $15. I want to upgrade to a straigtener that:

-Is Ceramic

-Has high heat settings (about 400 degrees)

-Will leave the ends of my hair TOTALLY straight.

My price range is about $25 and I have thin slightly wavy hair. This isn't too much to ask is it?

My 1st choice was the Remington wet 2 straight, but I realize I would never use it on my wet hair (too much damage and such). So is it a good enough straightener to just use dry and leave the ends of my hair totally straight?

AND I CANNOT AFFORD CHI. yes, i would love to have 1 but i cant.

Here are the straighteners I was considering:

Anyone have cheap straighteners that worked well for you??? Or advice not to get any of these??? Thanks!

Sorry this was so long!Cheap Straighteners Question??? Please Help!?
You are right to avoid using a straightener on wet hair; it will damage it. I forgot which one, but a couple of them have pretty good reviews. Since you are on a limited budget, use the reviews of other users as your guide. You can always return it if you don't like it, and try a different one. Although Chi is a good brand, there are other brands that are just as good, so don't concerned with the brand name. I would suggest that you get a 1'; straightener because it's versatile. The paddle styles are hard to work with, and you can't get close enough to the roots of the hair.
