Don't buy cheap hair straighteners, please, just don't. They will be less effective and cause more damage to your hair than a mid-priced straightener. I would advise you to hold off, save some money and buy a good quality product.
Of course. Wal Mart! Wal Mart always has cheap stuff, and sometimes it's actually good quality too.
