Best cheap straightener for really curly hair?

I have really thick curly hair. When curly about 2 or 3 inches past my shoulder but when straight about 5 or 6 past, so pretty long. I had a CHI and it didn't work for my hair at all... I had a remington wet to straight (I only used it when my hair was dry) the really wide one though not the narrow one.. and it did pretty well. Is there a good straightener that wont take my paycheck to get that will work for really thick and curly hair? bc i dont want it to look fake straightened... But help needed!!!! I have really thick and curly hair and I use the Remington Wet to Straight, the wide one. Why don't you like it? It's like really cheap and works really well.Best cheap straightener for really curly hair?
I found the remington wet to straight the best one for the money i have been using it for 3 yrs or so i love it even more then my expensive one it gets the job done the fastest!! I find the other cheap ones to be just that cheap!
