Shaving pubic hair(for men)?

Every time i shave my pubes i get razor burn and ingrown hairs no matter what. Most of the time I use a shick quattro razor and Nivea shaving gel in the shower to shave. I usually shave with the hairs(downwards) for the first part, and then i shave against them(up) for the second part. Doing this gave me insanely bad ingrown hairs so ive tried using a female razor and only shaving downwards but i still manage to get razor burn that way too. i dont know what im doing wrong and its really frustrating. And even when i only shave downwards and pull my skin tight i can never get a close shave, there are always hairs that the razor wont pick up. First, if the hair is long make sure to trim it down close enough to where the hairs wont get caught in the razor while your shaving. Then if you do it in the shower make sure you do it in hot water (that you can take) so that you can relax the skin an open the pores of your skin. Make sure you use a nice even layer of shaving cream that can cover the entire area of your skin. Shave the area... but never shave it over and over ( which can result in irritation) and with every stroke of shaving rinse out the blade from any hairs.





When your all done rub alcohol on the area, just pat the area with it. Then rub on some lotion to soothe the skin from any itching.Shaving pubic hair(for men)?
Another option other than shaving is to buy a bottle of Veet. Apply a generous layer, leave on for about 6 minutes, and then wipe it off with an old washcloth in the shower. Do not put the Veet on your scrotum, as the skin is too sensitive and will get irritated. After wards, dry off, pat the area with peroxide or isopropyl alcohol, and then lotion the area. If you use this method, the stubble will be smooth instead of sharp and uncomfortable.
Man, get yourself a beard trimmer and use the #1 blade. It sounds like you're going over and over the same spots too much. Use the beard trimmer, then shave the stubble. Works like magic.
i know what you mean. a few days ago i decided to shave down there for the first time and now i regret it SO MUCH! it itches like crazy!
Thats because guys are supposed to have hair down there. Leave ot alone and keep it trimmed. Why do guys wanna look like lil boys
