Ulta hair color salon help!!?

I went to the Ulta salon and told the guy that I wanted blonde hair all over like a light honey blonde, and no highlights because I hate streaky hair. He told me tht he could not do an all over color because I would need highlights for it to look like my picture. So I asked him if it would turn out like the picture and he said it would look very close. This guy was really pushing highlights and I told him specifically that I wanted it like a light honey blonde, not bleach and not orange. He put bleach blonde highlights everywhere! So now, my hair has random 3/4 inch sections of white blonde. When he blow dryed it, I told him that this was exactly what I didn't want and that the streaks were white blonde, he charged me for a full head of highlights when he only did the top of my head. He said I can't tell if the color looks good in the store lights and to wait a day... it looks even worse, because the sun lightened to white blonde even more!! Could I ask for a full refund?Ulta hair color salon help!!?
im suprised i always go to ulta to get my hair done and they always do exactly wat i tell them to do. but yes u shoulg go back and ask for a refund and if he wont give it to you ask to speak to the manager.
