Best ceramic straighteners and serum?

so im looking for a GOOD straightner, ive already tried CHI and amika and i just returned the CHI yesturday because it DOES NOT work on my hair, its turns wavy/frizzy later on the day. so many ppl told me it works , but it didnt. so anyone know any good ones, and ones i wont have to spend over $100 on .

I was sick of my $40 ones that just weren't cutting it. My hair is naturally wavy and after going outside or to the bar, it would start to wave after 15 minutes!!! NOT cool.
