I have both and they are both excellent.Whats a good yet not to expensive ceramic straightener iron out there?
i use the revlon ceramic one, the 1';. it works well, but a CHI is better.Whats a good yet not to expensive ceramic straightener iron out there?
My mom uses this ceramic iron she got from the Family Dollar store and it works great (just 7 bucks). I don't think the more expensive the better. Make sure to identify your hair first, if you have a lot of thick hair, a wide iron would be better than a slim one. Get a brand you trust to make you more comfortable, like Revlon or Conair. Some have guarantees, so if it doesn't work for you, you can get your money back.
My stlyist uses a CHI but it is way too expensive.....I went to sally's beauty supply and purchase an Annie ceramic flat iron for $35 and it works just as good.
I hafta disagree with the Wal-Mart remark. You can find good flat irons and ones that are 100% ceramic. Just be sure to read the box CAREFULLY! I got my mom to find me one at Wal-Mart for about $50 (really about $60 for me, I'm a Canuck) while she was in Idaho on vacation. She grabbed the Conair Infiniti. It's got about 5 settings on it and I find it works as well as the one my sister got for $120 (on sale) at a Beauty Supplier. I find the lowest setting works just fine on my hair (I have long, thick, naturally curly hair) and it's actually faster to straighten my hair than it is to blow dry. Next time mom's in ID I'm sending her back to get me ceramic hot rollers.

It really depends on your hair type. If its curly u need the temperature of the iron to be around 320 degrees. cheap ones dont have the temperature. I bought mine from QVC for 75. it works great its a ceramic tourmouline.
THE BEST ONE IS THE CHI... you cant but it at walmart or anything go to sallys. I swear it is a miricle, my friends and I swear by it! We all have it
depends what you consider expensive... i have a chi.. they are AMAZING...but sort of expensive... around $100
go to walmart less expensive
