Sedu or Ozon!
Sedu and Ozon both contains tourmaline, titanium, and ceramic plates which gives your plates a even heating. Tourmaline is a moisture attractor which will make your hair healthier and look shinier as well.
The Chi (and GHD) only has one heat temperature setting which does not allow you to adjust to the temperature that best accommodates your hair type. The Sedu and Ozon both have adjustable heat temperature setting which gives you more option for your hair.
Check out folica.com and ozonhair.com. If you decide to go with the Sedu, get the 1'; original.. you will also receive the mini flat iron as a added bonus and you also get free shipping.
the Ozon is $90 with shipping but all you get is a free serum.. I own a Sedu and I absolutely love it. Compared to my old Conair, this iron glides through my hair so smoothly it's unbelievable.
If you're looking for another option, look at the solia.. I've heard that is pretty good but some people have said it doesn't work as well after a year.
Always use a heat protection spray before ironing! What is the best hair iron?
The Chi%26lt;3
it might take a while to straighten your hair with it, but when its done it looks real good and it stays like that most of the dayWhat is the best hair iron?
Chi.
http://www.folica.com/Chi_Flat_I_317_1.h/a>
they're pretty pricey, but worth it.
the chi i have really curly hair and it keeps it strait all day%26lt;3
http://www.folica.com/Solia_Tourmalin_d1/a>
The Solia Tourmaline. Look at the reviews and photos, become a believer!
This is by far the best flat iron ever. It uses Tourmaline which is a semi-precious gemstone that infuses the hair with negative ions to lock away frizz and create a sleek, shiny look for hair. It has moving plates that insure each every strand of hair that goes through, really gets the royal treatment. Look here,
http://www.folica.com/CHI_Original_1__d4/a>
scroll down and even the site that endorses Chi flat irons shows that people choose the Solia over the Chi. It is way more affordable and lasts a lifetime. I use a Solia and i am very satisfied. Ive had mine for 3 years now and it still works WONDERS. It is only 79.99 free shipping, (14.95 if you live in Canada) awesome. The Chi will wreck your hair over time, but this Solia locks in the hair cuticle to ensure best long-term results. Good Luck, i hope you make the right decision. :)

What is the best hair iron?
what company? What is the best hair iron?
CHI is the very best!!! its expensive but they last a lonng time and wont damage your hair as much.
if you cant afford a chi. then go for a BEDHEAD. theey're almost as good.
but you cant beat a CHI. [=
hope this helpsWhat is the best hair iron?
i would say either the CHI or the Sedu. I've had
both irons and the sedu was amazing and i
loved it and it kept my hair straight in the humidity,
but it broke after after a year and a half.
I had 2 kinds of CHI's the ultra chi and the turbo chi.
The ultra chi gets ur hair really silky but if its humid
out then ur hair will start frizzing. the ultra chi is really
good but i prefer the sedu since it is cheaper and works
the same
The sedu is the best and is about the same price as a chi...u don't seem to get that smoke rising from the iron as u straighten...so u definitely know it can't be causing as much damage!
Chi Turbo Flat iron one inch. I have super curly hair, and one day one of my friends brought it over and asked me if I wanted her to try it on me. I said yes, and without any hairstyling products or anything, she did it and man.. the results were AMAZING she did it really quickly and my hair looked like Avril Lavigne.
Farouk CHI 1 Inch Ceramic Flat Hairstyling Iron
From CHI
Price: $82.50
12 new or used available from $82.50
Product Description
Chi Original 1'; Farouk CHI Ceramic Flat Iron Model GF-1001 The CHI can be considered

design allows the user to flip hair up or curl it under with a twist of the wrist.
The CHI is ideal for straightening and smoothing the hair while the ceramic plates seal
in natural moisture. It's great to use prior to a Dry Haircut. The ceramic coated paddles
help prevent scorching hair color and helps reduce styling product build-up. Featuring an
extra long swivel cord to prevent tangling, the CHI has a concealed on-off switch inside
the handle to prevent accidentally turning the unit off when in use. The heat paddles are
recessed from the edges to prevent skin burns. Will automatically heat up in less than 10
seconds. Temperature is preset at 150-180 degrees Celsius(302-356 degrees Fahrenheit)

What is the BEST HAIR IRON?
I'm looking for a new hair iron. I have thicker hair, but want one that is smaller and sort of travel friendly. If there any with heat settings... that would be nice. I want the best one that straightens hair fast. What is the BEST HAIR IRON?
If you are going for cheap but good. I would go with Conair. Anything Conair has worked really good for me. I had a curling iron from them for like 10 years before it broke. good luck. What is the BEST HAIR IRON?
You'll see. Not really good irons compared to the pricier ones like CHI. Really, no comparison. You should reconsider. Good luck.
Okay, well I have naturally wavy, thick hair, %26amp; the only flat iron that has worked for me is by Chi. I have the skinny 1'; one %26amp; it's the bomb.... It takes me 15 min. to do my hair %26amp; it's half way down my back. It's at any Beauty supply store....
Go for ceramic flat irons. they cause less damage. Go to Sally Beauty Supply to find them.
chi! it doesnt have heat settings, but it is like the best sraightener! no joke. it works really well, even in humidity! it is pricey but worth it. it will last for a while too
CHI...the one and only! totally worth the money!!
All of Paul Mitchells straightners work best. I used to work in a hair salon and thats what i would use on my customers there around 100-200 dollars. And they come in different sizes according to what inch you want
I have a CHI. it's not small, but its great.
HELEN OF TROY! it is sooooooooooooo awesome!
Chi as far as I know it leaves your hair straight while it feels soft and feather-like.

THE BEST HAIR IRON...?
what hair iron is the best?
i need one that:...
-does NOT burn my hair
-is easy to use
-is not THAT expensive
-keeps the humidity from frizzing my hairTHE BEST HAIR IRON...?
Trust me the 'cheap' brands work good aswell. I had a ';Conair'; for almost a year. I got it as a birthday present and it works wonders! I got the 1'; Remington T- Studio Sleek and Curls Flat Iron and wow, I just love its features. It has:
1. Tourmaline, Titanium, and Ceramic Plates and Coating (So it doesn't do alot of damage to hair)
2. No Slip Hair Guides
3. Digital Temperature Display
4. +/- Temperature Controls
5. ON/OFF button
6. Swivel Cord
7. Bars for heat setting
8. Lock symbol (When you press and hold the minus button ';-'; you lock your straightener so you don't accidently change the heat temperature or shut it off LOVE this feature)
9. Hinge Lock (For easy travel storage)
10. You can curl your hair with it
11. Has a 6 foot cord
12. It has a DVD that shows how to style your hair e.g. curls, waves, updos, straight and more
I got this straightener and I adore it. I recommend this product to any person with any type of hair.
It goes up to 430 degrees.
300-340 degrees for: Very Fine, fragile, damaged hair
360-390 degrees for: Normal, easy to straighten hair
410-430 degrees for: Thick, difficult to straighten hair
It's cheap and only cost about $35.00 at Target.

Is CHI the best hair iron?
Is CHI the best hair iron, if so why? What makes it better and more expensive than other brands like Conair or Vidal Sasoon? Is CHI the best hair iron?
Chi is a very good straightener. I have the thickest hair in the world and it works on it. But if you have as thick hair as me, you might be wanting to do some touchups after the day. Right now I'm thinking of getting a Sedu because I've heard those are the best and I want to try something new. The Chi is better than drugstore brands because it lessens the time it usually takes to straighten hair, and it will heat up more to hold throughout the day.
-mollyIs CHI the best hair iron?
I have a CHI iron and I love it! I have had it for over two years now and it the best one I have ever used. I would get the CHI turbo though. That's the one I have. I've used the other ones and they all work good, but the turbo is the best. You can get them at folica.com.

one that doesn't have a high heat setting i guess...ask your hairstylist she'll know the one thats best for your hair type

What is the best hair iron?
preferably one that I can use while my hair is still wet. My hair is long (and I don't have a lot of patience) so which iron would do the best job? What is the best hair iron?
The GHD Ceramic Straightener 'takes the cake' in the world of straightening irons. Not only does it give you straight hair all day, it reduces any frizz problems you may run into.
Straightening hair while it's still wet is a big No-no. Applying heat directly to wet hair will only cause it to fry and damage, often resulting in breakage in various places- leaving a messy and undesirable ';style'; in place. What is the best hair iron?
Make sure that you get Ceramic flat iron because they seal in moisture ,elimiante frizzies and give your hair a very shiny and healthy appearance.I currently use a pair of Conair Cermaic Flat Irons that I got from Walmart for $50.Be warned I get alot of compliments when I use them. The give a nice sheen.Although ,I have heard the best are from a brand named FHI Runway Ceramic Irons , they run $300 a pop.If you can afford it splurge....I sure would.
probably the chi wet-to-dry it works amazing while not damaging your hair, but you should still use heat protective spray
There is one made by conair... Its a wet/dry straightener. Conair also sells a hair dryer that will straighten as its drying.
GHDs are the best but the most expensive..and not that good on wet hair. The best for wet hair is Remington wet to straight.
I have the straightener that broken08 has, it works amazingly.
:)
I straighten my hair every day with it, so.

The CHI straightener is the best I've ever used. They are expensive, but you can find them a little cheaper on Ebay. CHI's make your hair feel softer and healthier because of the all ceramic plates. They also distribute heat evenly at a perfect temp, so it doesnt over burn sections.
Um. The salon types are supposed to be good, but the drugstore kind works as well.
I SPEAK OUT OF EXPERIENCE ONLY, THE BRAND CHI IS AMAZING, AND ALSO THE GREEN FLAT IRON BY PAUL MITCHELL, THEY WILL MAKE YOUR HAIR LOOK AMAZING. HOWEVER, OVERUSE AND NOT USING A THERMAL PROTECTOR WILL BURN AND DESTROY UR HAIR BEYOND REPAIR WITH ONLY THE OPTION OF CUTTING IT. SO DONT OVER DO IT AND IF DONE AT HOME DO IT ONLY ONCE A WEEK/
GHD, expensive but light years ahead of the rest.
the CHI turbo without a doubt! It's a little more costly but totally worth it!Whitch is the best hair iron of the market?

What is best hair iron in the world? I have heard that solia is best?
Sedu Ionic
http://www.sedubeauty.com/sedu_flat_iron/a>
It has a certain type of ceramic that slides easily, widely adjustable heat settings so that it that will not damage your hair (if dried of course), heats quickly, easy to use/cord swivel. Even I can use it quickly and look like I just came out of the salon. One of my best product investments.
But be prepared to pay, in this case you really do get what you pay for.
Jennifer Aniston for example uses it - ';recognized'; for her great hair
*Solia, Chi %26amp; others came on the market a little later: they very well could well be just as good. There really isn't that much technology to them, and Sedu did not patent anything. So don't worry too much about getting a bad one if you look for the criteria mentioned. What is best hair iron in the world? I have heard that solia is best?
YOu should really get the CHI. it is amzing. the solia might be great also but i have tried the chi and its realllly good.

What is the best hair iron?
Is chi straightener really good?
I have conair infiniti straightner. i guess it alright, but i dont use it much.
Is there a actual iron that doesn't do a lot of damage to your hair but with excellent results?
thanks a lot!'What is the best hair iron?
The best straighteners on the market are the Chis. They do not cause damage if you use them right. The only downside to a Chi is that they tend to run a little expensive compared to other straighteners. What is the best hair iron?
I used to have the Chi iron but it dried out my hair, so I got the Paul Mitchell iron it is the best! It's a little bit more pricey but it's worth it!
the chi is definitely the best!
i own one.
all straighteners will do some damage but there are sprays you can buy to help protect your hair

Hi I wanted some feedback on which is the best hair iron out there?
I bought a cheap one from the drugstore and it doesn't work anymore. I was thinking of buying a more expensive one this time like a sedu or a t3, i've also heard about the chi. Which is the best? Any recommendations?Hi I wanted some feedback on which is the best hair iron out there?
If you want a nice 20$ then look at target they are amazing. Like revlon. If you want something in the 100-200$ range then a chi will work wondrers on your hair.
CHI:http://www.folica.com/Chi_Flat_I_317_1.h/a>Hi I wanted some feedback on which is the best hair iron out there?
chi, sedu, GHD, ISO these are the ones i have heard of :] but i heard that the chi is really really good. my friend uses it and her hair is GORGEOUS! but the gdh is really pricey so if ur willing to pay alot of money, go for it! the sedu and ISO's are good too but less money than the GHD. the solia is also good too :]
and the GHD is the best selling flat iron in the UK!
chi and t3 are overrated. just make sure of two things.
1) it's either ceramic or tourmaline ( for even heat distribution) and 2) that it has an adjustable heat setting (start at the lowest and once you reach the setting that works, leave it there, no need to fry your hair)
Hot Tools is what I use and its lasted a year so far and still works great. You buy it where they sell Chi but its wayyyyy cheaper. I think I paid $30-$40 for mine.
Paul Mitchell just released a line of straighteners a few months ago and they go to like 400+ degrees but theyre really expensive.
I have a chi and I love it. All chi flat irons have a lifetime guarantee, which is SO cool. They are able to heat up to 325 degrees so they make your hair really straight. Once you buy a chi you are never going to want to use anything else. I don't know anyone who has a chi that has any complaints, they're awesome
Apparently, the GHD surpasses all hair straighteners. :)
They are supposed to be far better than the CHI, Sedu, %26amp; Solia.
The CHI or the T3 tourmaline are both great brands. I also heard Babyliss is good. Drugstore flatirons are useless, once you try a good one you'll wonder how you ever survived without it!
chi is the best one out there, i have it and it's amazing. i definetly recommend it.
hope i helped
id stick with the chi...it has great products that help protect your hair from damage. i love mine, i think id have to give up my bf before giving the chi up :)
Chi. I had mine for a long time, and it hasn't burned out yet, and always gives me amazing results with my hair.
CHI ...thats all i have to say

How do I solve staticy hair? Whats the best hair iron on the market?
How do I get rid of staticy hair? Im looking to buy a ceramic hair iron. I want to spend btwn 20-60 bucks. Whats the best hair irongs out there? How do I solve staticy hair? Whats the best hair iron on the market?
Staticky hair--use a leave in hair condition, they work wonders for static and then just use whatever products you normally would along with it. Ive used Thermasilk leave-in conditioner for years and it works great and is cheap too! As far as straighteners go, look around and see what you like. Ive been several of them and I stick with the Conair brand. They usually have a warranty on them, are affordable, and work great. How do I solve staticy hair? Whats the best hair iron on the market?
It's been my experience that static in the hair comes from lack of moisture. Use a good conditioner and/or hot oil treatment...that should help.
I have a few ceramic curling irons...they are the BEST! I lucked up and found one at Dollar General for $7, but you might not have DG where you live. I'd say try Wal-Mart or Sally's Beauty Supply. They are nationwide and will have ceramic irons to fit your budget. Good luck!
LOL. i got no idea. im just a boy, my gess would be hair trimmers, or ask a salon specialist
When you're without straightners I find an easy way to get rid of static is to rub a dryer sheet (eg - Bounce, etc) on your hair.
Seriously - it works!
the chi is the best....you might spend around 80 for a small one but it is sooo worth it....you can take the frizziest staticy hair and one swipe with the iron and its as straight and shiny as you want it to be!!
no idea i am not white (no offense)
Spend $120 and get an iron that will last you for 10 years.
Paul Mitchell Smoothing Iron is the best on the market!
another way to keep hair from getting static hair is to use a leave in conditioner, or get a spray bottle and put a little conditioner in bottom and fill the rest with water, mix real good and spray on hair, works like magic

What is the best hair iron to bring on international travels?
I am going to Italy and need a good dual voltage iron....but I can't find any details online...can someone help? What is the best hair iron to bring on international travels?
I took a Chi. The main thing you can take is a converter. The right converter. Make sure it is for Italy. It should be one with 2 round-pins. Get one that has dfferent levels of voltage output. You can adjust it to your needs. A hair iron would use a low output.
Depending on how long you are staying... I had friends that just bought one over there. We lived there for 4 months so it was worth it. If you are only going for a few weeks, you can even buy a cheap one here and get the converter and save money.
