Has anyone tried returning their Eco Professional Ceramic Straightener?

My Eco Professional Ceramic Straightener has cracks in the ceramic plate. I am still within the one-year warrenty. I want to send it in to get a new one, but am worried it may be a scam. Has anyone exchanged or returned theirs?Has anyone tried returning their Eco Professional Ceramic Straightener?

Good luck with the returns. I have been trying to contact someone via e-mail and phone but have gotten no response. Warranty can be downloaded from the Internet, same registration number as mine. Be careful if anyone is looking to invest in the product. Buy from a company that answers the phone.
