How can i protect my hair if i like to use a ceramic straightener?

i love my hair straight but i feel like it is getting weaker and weaker.what can i do?How can i protect my hair if i like to use a ceramic straightener?
You need to get a protect spray. You would put this on before you straighten your hair and it protects it from the heat. You also need to make sure you are using a deep conditoner at least once a week. There are a lot of products you can use on your hair before you use heat on it that will protect it from damage. Thermasilks products are a popular one, but there are many.
Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and before styling use a heat protectant like Beyond the Zone 'Turn up the heat'. You can get it at Sally Beauty Supply or probably some other hair store. But don't use a lot because it can make your hair greasy. But it works...really.
i disagree you can flat iron your hair often just keep it condition i mean deep condition it one a weak and use a light hair cream
you should start with a good shampoo and conditioner made for dry, brittle hair-... and then try to use a deep conditioning treatment 1 or 2 times a week. that should help improve it's condition...





and then, when you're straightening it... try to use a leave in spray that says it protects hair against heat styling and straightening damage. I straighten my hair or heat style it almost every day.... doing all this work takes a little effort, but it's worth it... trust me!





oh yeah, and don't wash your hair every day, it makes it even more brittle!
Get a good moisturizer that works on dry/damaged hair. Chances are for a ';good'; one you'll need to buy it at a salon. The main thing to remember though is even if you pay double for what you normally do for conditioner, you end up only needing to use half the amount because the ingredients are so much better so it works out in the long run.
try really nice conditioner it will help.





also dont use ur straightener so much, try strong hold hair spray and a comb when your hair is wet.
I've never tried it (I like my curls) but I've heard thermasilk is supposed to be pretty good.
straighten it lesser becuz hair can only hold so much heat and if its weaken it means its becuz it has had 2 much heat
